The buffalo have been spotted recently, out in the open along the shoreline and in the vicinity of the lions. They do not appear to have crossed paths directly, but lions tracks have been seen on top of the buffalos, indicating that the lions are in fact following them.
The 3 dominant males continue to patrol this large park, looking for females to mate with, and engaging in said act whenever possible. The more dominant of the three (pictured here) will likely be the father of the majority that will be born in the coming months.
The lake continues to drop at an unbelievable rate, revealing fresh green grass, irresistible to the impala.
